    Whether the record is a head office, a branch or a single-site business, the distinction that decides who a mailing should go to.

    The total number of trading sites the business operates, so a multi-site operator can be identified from a single record.

    The group a business belongs to, which links the separate records of a parent and its subsidiaries.

| National Employees | The estimated total number of employees across the business nationally, across all sites. Also selectable as a range |
| National Employees Band | The banded range for the national employee count. |
