HOW WE BUILD THIS DATA ## Sources and maintenance - ### Sources Official energy performance certificate data lodged for non-domestic premises. - ### Checks Certificates are matched to the premises the business trades from, and ratings, benchmarks and building details are read from the lodged certificate. - ### Maintenance Newly lodged certificates are picked up as EPC data is processed, and the certificate age is carried so an expiring certificate is visible. Included with Complete 35 fields | Field name | What it contains | | --- | --- | | Special Energy Uses | Special energy uses noted on the EPC certificate. | | Renewable Sources | Renewable energy sources recorded on the EPC certificate. | | Other Fuel Desc | Description of other fuel types used, from the EPC certificate. | | Report Type | Type of EPC report (e.g. full survey, RdSAP). | | Estimated Aircon Kw Rating | Estimated air conditioning kW rating from the EPC certificate. | | Inspection Date | The date the energy assessment was carried out. | | EPC Certificate Age Years | The age, in years, of the most recent EPC on file for the property. | | Certificate Number | The unique reference number of the property's Energy Performance Certificate. | | EPC Certificate Status | Indicates whether the EPC is current or has expired. | | Asset Rating | The numeric energy efficiency asset rating from the EPC.
