## What People & Contacts covers

-   ### Names
    
    The first and last name of contacts recorded at the business, with salutation where held.
    
-   ### Role and seniority
    
    Job title as recorded, plus the position groupings that let you select a whole function rather than guessing at titles.
    
-   ### Work email
    
    Business email addresses held against the contact, with the verification state of that address.
    
-   ### Direct telephone
    
    Direct dial numbers where a business holds one separately from the switchboard.

    Licensed contact datasets and public professional information, connected to the business they work for.

    Names, roles and employment signals are checked to confirm someone is still connected to the business, and email addresses are checked for validity and delivery.
    
-   ### Maintenance
    
    Employment signals are monitored so contacts who have moved on can be identified, and opt-outs and suppression records are applied.

| Title | The contact's personal title. |
| Forename | The contact's first name. |
| Surname | The contact's last name. |
| Contact Position | The contact's specific job title at the business. |
| Position Group | A broad categorisation of the contact's job role, e.g. Director, Manager. |
| Sub Position Group | Most granular level of the contact's position hierarchy. |
| Major Position Group | Broadest level of the contact's position hierarchy (e.g. Director, Manager). |
| Date Of Birth | The contact's date of birth, where known. |
| Age | The contact's estimated current age, derived from their date of birth. |
| Email | The primary email address associated directly with this contact. |
| Department | The contact's department(s), derived from their job title, where known. Semicolon-separated if the contact matches more than one department. |
| Contact Gender | The contact's gender, where known. |
| Contact Social Facebook URL | Link to the contact's personal Facebook profile. |
| Contact Social Linkedin URL | Link to the contact's personal LinkedIn profile. |
| Contact Social X URL | Link to the contact's personal X (formerly Twitter) profile. |
