What People & Contacts covers

  • Names

    The first and last name of contacts recorded at the business, with salutation where held.

  • Role and seniority

    Job title as recorded, plus the position groupings that let you select a whole function rather than guessing at titles.

  • Work email

    Business email addresses held against the contact, with the verification state of that address.

  • Direct telephone

    Direct dial numbers where a business holds one separately from the switchboard.

  • Checks

    Names, roles and employment signals are checked to confirm someone is still connected to the business, and email addresses are checked for validity and delivery.

    Employment signals are monitored so contacts who have moved on can be identified, and opt-outs and suppression records are applied.
